Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains what information Simple Sketch School ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or buy a course, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, billing country and postcode, and what you bought. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form; we never see or store your full card number.
- Website usage: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags and Meta click IDs), your IP address, browser and device type, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Emails you send us, so we can answer them.
How we use it
- To process your payment, deliver your course and send you access details and receipts.
- To provide support and process refunds.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram.
- To send you course updates and, where permitted, occasional emails about other courses. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business:
- Stripe processes payments and may save your payment method so you can add extras to your order with one click.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) receives website and purchase events, with contact details in hashed (scrambled) form, to measure ad performance.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymised page interactions (clicks, scrolling) to help us improve the site.
- Vercel hosts this website. Our email and course delivery providers handle your email address to deliver your course.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep checkout working, remember which ad or link brought you here, and for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement won't.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email info@simplesketchschool.com.
